Thanks, cullhunter1

This turned out really nice. One thing I was most happy about was the simple non skid I put on the steps. Got them runny wet with paint spray rig, then sprinkled sand all over top and front edge. Repeated 2 more times. Finished with one last coat of paint.

A few years back when i was painting my deer stand i got me a small bag of adsorbent compound...what we call chicken feed...what you would use for soaking up oil from the shop floor...

I painted the steps of the stand and then poured some chicken feed on the wet painted steps ...Let it dry a little and repeated it again with a thick coat of paint over the top.

It stayed on there for years and work great....
