Yes - It is ILLEGAL for the projectile to cross a property line.

Here is the exact wording:

RESTRICTED Methods
• It is unlawful for any person, while hunting or engaging in recreational shooting, to knowingly discharge a firearm in such a fashion as to cause a projectile to cross a property line, unless the person owns the property on both sides of the property line or has obtained written permission from the owner of any land crossed by the projectile.

I would have the Game Warden inspect. If their blind is where the bullet will cross your owner's fence line (even after impact), they should be cited!

I`m getting reports from another hunting site that the GW`s don`t do much about this without proof of a bullet crossing the fence...some are saying to wire plywood up along the fence and then check for bullet hole proof....some say the plywood gets stole but to hide cam to catch them in both acts......

Others say that putting mothballs and soap may interfere with the hunters harassment law...... Just proof that the laws are made to protect the crooks!!

I have a message out to my brother in law who is friends with a GW. Don't hold your breath for a response b/c he doesn't check e-mails that much.

Here`s some pic`s i took from this weekend so you can get an idea on what i mean by shooting across the fence...

To me this should be proof in the pudding!!

This is another blind setup that`s on the fence line but not as bad as the first....

Dang!!!! RD, that sucks!!!

Do yall have a blind on the opposite of that????

If so I would think there has to be somekind of rule against that??

You have to make rules to keep people from doing (stuff),

that they SHOULD have the sense NOT to do in the first place!!!!!

If it were me, I would put a dummy blind right up against the fence, right in line with the feeder. Make it look real except without a door. Smile

Good one B.M.!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I might even put a dummy in there, faced right at them!!!

You know, camo hat, wig, picture of Ted Nugents face taped on there.

I bet that would scare the (fecal matter) out of them!!!
